Virginia serves as Senior Vice president, Agency Services for the Renaissance Alliance. She joined the Renaissance Group in 2000 as the Operations Manager for Broker and Underwriting Services in Renaissance Insurance Agency.
Prior to joining Renaissance Group, Virginia most recently served as the Commercial Lines Manager at Deland, Gibson Insurance Associates, Inc. Prior to that, she held positions at McCarthy Companies/Trefry Insurance Agency and Firemans Fund Insurance Company.
She holds an M.S. in Education from CUNY, Brooklyn College, NY and a B.S. in Education from Wagner College, NY. She earned her CIC designation in 1987, and has completed various insurance and management training classes, including several sections of CPCU.
