Heather Cochrane

Director, Business Management Solutions

Heather joined Renaissance in 2001, following her graduation from Babson College in Wellesley, MA with a B.A. in Management. Heather successfully developed and implemented the first dedicated Renaissance Human Resources Department. In 2003, she moved to the role of Sales and Marketing Representative, where she gained a thorough understanding of the Renaissance Insurance business model and its many intricacies. In 2009, she assumed her current position with major focus upon initiating innovative solutions for a multitude of business management challenges facing Renaissance and its member agencies.

Heather is currently a candidate for a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Boston University. She is a 2001 Magna cum Laude graduate of Babson College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Association of Independent Agents, Young Agents Committee
