Heather Cochrane
Account Executive
Heather serves as liaison between the internal operations staff of four business units and the more than 50 insurance agency members of the Renaissance Alliance. Her responsibilities include communicating the business plans, products, and services of the four business branches of the Renaissance Group to member agencies. She also advocates for member agency issues with internal operational staff, assists in new agency orientation and training, and supports sales initiatives. She is also involved in seeking investments in Minuteman Insurance Company, Ltd.
Heather has been employed at Renaissance Group since May, 2001. Prior to serving in her current role, she was the company's Human Resources representative, with total responsibility for managing all human resource functions as the Renaissance grew from 20 to 70 employees. Her responsibilities included recruiting, hiring, and orienting new staff, administering benefit programs, and planning and implementing employee activates and communication programs.
Heather is a 2001 Magna cum Laude graduate of Babson College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Association of Independent Agents, Young Agents Committee,
