Senior Vice President of Operations

Bob Schackner is the Senior Vice President of Operations. In this role, he holds executive responsibility for the day to day execution of the Renaissance Alliance sales and marketing strategies, as well as for our training, help desk and project management operations. He harnesses his nearly two decades of insurance industry expertise to further develop and deliver competitive edge exclusive benefits to Renaissance Alliance member agencies, staff, and partners.

Bob joined Renaissance in early 2011. Prior to this, he served as Senior National Account Director, Enterprise Client Organization at Vertafore, Inc. of Bothell, Wash., an award-winning provider of software and services spanning the insurance industry. Over 18 years, he held progressive management roles at Vertafore, including the delivery of concierge and consulting services to agencies. Earlier in his career, Bob was a senior systems analyst for EDP of America, a niche technology business based in New Jersey.
