Kathleen Sullivan
Manager, Human Resources
Kathy Sullivan joined Renaissance Group in January of 2006. Kathy is responsible for all Human Resource activities including recruiting, benefits administration, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
Kathy has more than 18 years of human resource experience in both large and small companies. Most recently, she spent 10 years with EG&G where she was the primary resource for all human resource activities for the Department of Transportation. Kathy’s primary responsibilities included recruiting, compensation, diversity, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. She participated and contributed as member of their senior management team supporting two complex multi-employer contracts establishing standards for handling human resource issues. Kathy developed an expertise for H1B visa processing and served and resource to other HR staff. In addition, she developed a Reward and Recognition Program and developed and delivered training modules, including Documenting Discipline, Diversity, Performance Management, Sexual Harassment and Ethics. Prior to joining EG&G, she worked for Deloitte & Touche and Stratus Computer as a member of their Human Resource Team.
Kathy attended Colby-Sawyer College where she studied English. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resources and the New England Human Resource Association.
