Operations Support

Summary
To work within the RAIS UW Operations support unit to effect imaging of various documents for various RIG departments; to assist with back up coverage for the reception desk; and provide processing support to CL carrier reps for policy related documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Scanning / Imaging processes – scan, index, file and save documents for various RIG departments including RAIS, Accounting, C&P, RIA and others as assigned.
• Provide various back up tasks as needed, specifically, covering switchboard / reception desk and various incoming and outgoing mail duties, and others as assigned.
• Process issued policies and endorsements, document activity in agency management system and mail to agents.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and file insurance documents. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and RIG staff.

Education and/or Experience:
Associates degree from college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have solid prior knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), effective time management skills and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
