Our member agencies have utilized the services of Austin & Stanovich to analyze complicated insurance policy provisions, the risk management needs of complex risks, and updates on trends and developments on various industry technical issues. Renaissance Alliance constellation agencies are afforded specialized training and individual consultation by Austin & Stanovich on an as-needed basis to complement the expertise of their internal agency staff.

B. H. Burke & Company, Inc. - Brian Burke is one of he most respected agency management consultants in the country. The majority of his clients have been independent insurance agents so he is keenly aware and knowledgeable of the wide range of factors contributing to the value of an agency. Brian is a dedicated Renaissance partner and provides our constellation agents with both bundled and unbundled valuation services, financial, strategic and perpetuation planning, and sale and acquisition consulting.

Choate Hall & Stewart - one of the nation's leading law firms for over a century with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-up companies such as Renaissance Alliance. We have developed a strategic partnership with Choate Hall & Stewart to provide our Alliance agencies and their commercial clients with timely and accurate information and advice in the areas of Labor, Employment & Benefits Practice Liability, and employment-related federal and state compliance. This is an invaluable member service designed specifically for Renaissance and available only through Renaissance Alliance.

Innovative Management Solutions - an independent management consultant, Christine Sullivan specializes in assisting your management team to enable a strategic focus on growth and profitability. Christine assists your staff in areas of mentoring and leadership development; planning and time management; goal setting and benchmarking; and sales goals and accountability. By enabling teams to harness technology effectively, she helps your organization to create a "sell more with less" environment. InsurBanc - is the only bank designed for insurance professionals. Founded by agents in cooperation with the IIABA, InsureBanc's mission is to help agents, brokers and other insurance professionals grow and prosper with tailored banking products and superior, personalized service. As part of its ongoing initiative to provide cutting edge services to its 90+ agency members, Renaissance Alliance has partnered with InsurBanc for a secure Web-based commission payment system, cash management solution, and online banking service. Meadowbrook Insurance Group - a primary partner since the inception of The Renaissance Plan in 1994, Meadowbrook provides workers' compensation coverage within The Plan using their A- Best rated company, Star Savers. They provide the underwriting carriers for The Renaissance Plan workers' compensation risks and provide claims administration services to Renaissance employers. They are also loyal partners of Renaissance Alliance and continue to provide multi-level support and advice throughout our evolution.

Pearsall & Associates - Curtis M. Pearsall is a consultant and national expert on Errors and Omissions for insurance agencies. Pearsall specializes in E&O risk management and loss control by working with agencies to develop a "culture of E&O prevention" by understanding areas of potential liability and improving the focus on E&O loss control. He also provides Expert Witness services to law firms for E&O claims and litigation. Pearsall's services include Agency E&O audits and reviews; E&O seminars, workshops, and presentations; one-one-one agency consultation; and expert Witness work for E&O litigation.
