Ronald L. Peters, CPCU

Senior Vice President of Renaissance Insurance Group

Ron serves as Vice President, Agency Services for the Renaissance Alliance, and he also oversees operations at Cochrane & Porter Insurance Agency, Inc. He joined the Renaissance Group in 2000, initially as Assistant Vice President, Underwriting. Prior to joining Renaissance, Ron had more than 20 years tenure with Lumber Insurance Companies. He held various positions there, with the most recent being Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer.

Ron has held a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) designation since 1989. He is a graduate of North Adams State College, North Adams, MA, with a B.S. in Business Administration.
