Renaissance Alliance constellation agencies are afforded specialized training and individual consultation by Austin & Stanovich on an as-needed basis to complement the expertise of their internal agency staff.

ECD Associates - Ed Dvorak, President - a Human Resources Consultant, Ed has been instrumental in providing training to all Renaissance Group staff since 1999. Ed's clients include many Fortune 100 companies for whom he has provided training and counsel in Best Practices of Human Resource policies and procedures.
