Cochrane & Porter (C&P) is a local independent agency based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Renaissance owner and president, Bruce Cochrane, began his insurance careers in the mid 1970s, joining his father, Bob Cochrane, in this family-owned business. It was here, under the mentoring of his Dad, where Bruce gained his keen appreciation for the value of exemplary insurance company and client relationships and the vital role of the independent agent in delivering optimum value in insurance products and services.

C&P was the first independent "Constellation" agency to become a member of the Renaissance Alliance Insurance Services, LLC. Being the foundation entity of the Renaissance Group, C&P naturally served as the prototype in the evolution of Renaissance Alliance. In charting new directions and redesigning the insurance paradigm, C&P continues to be the breeding and testing ground for many of the current and future innovative products and services spawned by Renaissance Alliance.

C&P and its fellow independent Renaissance Alliance Constellation Agencies share common goals and purpose in setting the highest standards and delivering th every best the retail insurance industry has to offer to its clients, its insurance company partners, and its service providers.
