March Madness, Mardi Gras, Spring, Daylight Savings and more social media themes for your agency

March Madness is upon us. From the NCAA and Mardi Gras early in the month to World Poetry Day and National Puppy Day later in the month, there's something for everyone to celebrate. This affords many opportunities to interact with your customers and community online. With Daylight Savings and the First Day of Spring, it's time to shake of the winter blahs and start prepping for mud & bud season. Remind your insureds to change the batteries in their CO2 and smoke detectors! Offer tips for home and auto spring cleaning and maintenance. Get people thinking about prepping motorcycles, lawn mowers and watercraft for the change in seasons. And with tax day looming in April, March is also the time to educate your clients about claiming insurance losses on tax filings and staying safe from the tax scammers. March is full of events from the serious to the silly, giving you many opportunities to engage with your followers on social media. We’ve highlighted a few events along with links to get you started.
