Show some love to your clients this month by focusing on February’s top social media themes: American Heart Month and Valentine’s Day.
The month kicks off with Super Bowl LIV – offer your clients last-minute recipe tips and hosting liability reminders on social media. After that, the main theme of the month mainly revolves around matters of the heart, from Valentine’s Day and Random Act of Kindness Day to American Heart Month and Wear Red Day — a perfect time to show your customers some love. Other commemorations include African American History Month, President’s Day and Groundhog Day. Towards the end of the month, we wrap up with Mardi Gras and an extra Leap Day!
While in some parts of the country, it might feel like Spring is in the air, winter could still hold a punch. Many of the OK Boomer New England crowd are old enough to recall that the Blizzard of ’78 occurred early in February, spanning two days. Keep an eye on the weather and offer seasonal tips for navigating the roads safely and preventing ice dams and frozen pipes.
We’re also in prime tax filing season. Remind your clients to calculate any losses for tax filing and send alerts reminding them about the many tax scams that proliferate at this time of the year. For more ideas, check out our list of February events and observances.
