Provides applications support to member agents, internal management, and staff. Troubleshoots problems and advises on the appropriate action. Activities require interaction with application software to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. Personal and technical skills required in performing independent analyses, communication, excellent customer management and problem solving. Work is performed with little supervision and requires initiative, sense of urgency, and sound judgment.
The Manager of Agency Marketing Products & Services will be responsible for partnering with Renaissance Growth Partners and insurance agency principals to deliver marketing solutions that drive new business to our insurance agencies. To that end, this role will be responsible for building and managing the full suite of marketing services made available to Renaissance insurance agencies.
Renaissance has a unique aggregated data asset that includes insurance transactional and risk data with vast opportunities for value creation. Renaissance seeks a Sr. Data Engineer to maintain and enhance its existing data pipelines. The Sr. Data Engineer would be responsible for all data extraction, cleaning, and storage of data, as well as implementing automated procedures. The Engineer would work directly with the Application Architect, Lead Data Engineer and EVP/Chief Technology Officer to drive the company’s technology agenda.
